vonhanson Posted August 18, 2009 Report Posted August 18, 2009 Past few nights, i've noticed my headlights, inter lights HU slightly blinking when the truck is running. battery is holding the charge fine, and it does this when the subs are off and everything. does it mean my alternator is dying? 99' Ranger XLT Ex Cab Stepside 33'' Bfg M/ts on Black Steelies. hdrox88 Posted August 18, 2009 Report Posted August 18, 2009 Well, if your battery is charged and staying charged then it probably isn't the alternator. Double check all your grounds? What kind of blinking?

What kind of blinking? well its like it dims when the bass hits. its just much faster and to no beat. and i actually just moved 1 ground on my big 3, the main battery one, so that could be it. but i re sanded the body parts its bolted too, so its a good connection for sure. i'll move it back to where it was. and see if that stops it. 99' Ranger XLT Ex Cab Stepside 33'' Bfg M/ts on Black Steelies.
