white4d96 Posted August 20, 2009 Report Posted August 20, 2009 Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere already. I am looking for the formulas used to calculate what AC voltage you should see out of an amp for specific impedance loads and RMS power ratings. I know there is a chart out there, but I would like to crunch the numbers myself. Besides, one of the numbers I am looking for is not listed (70w @ 8 ohms). Does anyone know the formula perchance? Thanks in advance, -Austin Too many projects, too little time...
white4d96 Posted August 21, 2009 Author Report Posted August 21, 2009 ...Or maybe I could use a formula for calculating RMS wattage based on the output voltage and the impedance...anyone got one of those? Too many projects, too little time...
