wat would be a good amp?

Recommended Posts

...Or can AQ amps be strapped?

After reading a bit more, I believe that would be strapping them as the impendence after daisy chaining them is at 2 ohms instead of 1 ohms.

oh ok sounds easy enough so about how much power would they be seeing?

What you would see, depends on impedence rise, however AQ does rated power, so before the rise you would be getting about 600-650 or so RMS per sub.

All BS aside, If I see one more comment in here that is NOT about the pre-sale, I will start the vacations. And that includes the trolls feeding the trolls.

If its what I'm thinking of, some amps have a "master/slave" switch. You can run a patch cord from your "master" amp to your "slave" and both amps can be controlled with one gain knob, one crossover, etc.

Of course I'm sure it's not that simple; I haven't tried it yet but I know some amps have provisions to do so.

Too many projects, too little time...
