I don't know about that, but I just dislike them being on all the friggin' time lol. ...Or is that so? I honestly have no idea =/ Mine is a '96, so I doubt it will throw codes. SQMonte Posted August 29, 2009 Report Share Posted August 29, 2009 I have installed prolly 20 HID kits in the last month since we started carrying them... and none have thrown any sort of code.I have a 2000 grand prix with HID's... no codes... no upgrade harness... zero problems... All I did was pull the DRL fuse, which is all you have to do with most cars to disable it. Have you pulled the fuse on a 00-04 Monte Carlo?
