Bumpindemlowzz
I have a 2000 2.2 ecotec cavalier and in this forum it mentions i could replace my stock cs130d alt for a ad244 alt. in the tutorial it only mentions it working for 4.3 liter s10's, blazers and so on. Well i believe my stock alt is a cs130d which puts out only like 45amps at idle and 105 at some rev point and the new ad244 comes in two sizes 130 and 145amp which was supposivly proven to do 100+ at idle (500-600) engine rpm. Could someone help me and see if this alternator infact will work for me? Link to alt tutorial I would like to upgrade the new alt with this if i need even more power. alt upgrade kit Quote 2010 Silverado 18" DC XL 18 DC 2k XS Power Batts

Gearstix
Check j-body.org. you may have to change the plug on the alternator. maybe not. I'm going to be putting a AD244 in my Blazer, but its a 4.3. I believe on JBO theres are guide for it. Planning to do the same thing with that H/O rebuild. I'm pretty sure theres a guide on it. Quote 2005 Blazer Build... Mach 5 SPL-12s, Audiopipe AP3000.1D..
