jagblazer01
Specifically the Warden and DP series. Im thinking about switching to either of these lines of subs walled at the b-pillar of my blazer. Im gonna be running a Sound Digital 12k. Goals are SPL but also needs to be musical. My friend (draggin low on other forums) seems to think i should run a pair of the 21s but I want people input on the subs. EricR
i don't have any knowledge on the Wardens and if they are musical or not. But the DP's can def do both, with that kind of power I would do 4 DP 15's. Or if you think you have the room, 4 18's. i just don't think running 2 DP's on that SD12k would last that long Quote i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work? jagblazer01
thats the same thing i was thinking too....I originally was going to do 2 18s but after thinking about it I came to the conclusion that that much power on 2 woofers may be a little intense. I was thinking either 4 15s or 6 12s to more evenly displace the power and heat Quote Team Sundown Audio / Team XS Power / Team SHOK SMD Super Buyer/Sellerwww.sundownaudio.com www.shokindustries.com www.4xspower.com www.excessiveamperage.com

wL<3bass
Remember with multiple subs impedance rise can be a problem. jagblazer01
Im hoping to minimize that as much as possible by properly building and bracing the wall Quote Team Sundown Audio / Team XS Power / Team SHOK SMD Super Buyer/Sellerwww.sundownaudio.com www.shokindustries.com www.4xspower.com www.excessiveamperage.com
-Hobby-
I cant believe I missed that Saturday. I saw the car in the parking lot but never got a chance to hear it. I missed the 2 loudest setups there, that and the Xterra. What number did he put up with that setup? Thats just nasty violent.....in a good way.
