uluahunta808 Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 well before i ruin a sheet of mdf is there anything i need to know about doing kerfing. i plan on rounding the corner that leads into the port. this is gonna be my first time so all the help is needed.

uluahunta808 Posted September 3, 2009 Author Report Posted September 3, 2009 so cut as close to the edge as possible and once you bend it you have to glass it or is puddy good enough
Bunker Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 drill holes as deep in your back cuts helps release air pockets when you fiber glass it, you can also do it with sonotube and fiberglass if your just doing the end of the port.
