Ok when i turn my system on it plays good and then i turn it up to about 35 and my t10001 goes into to protect and my door speakers start making a weird thumping sound until i turn it off?

Clipping. don't turn it up so high.

my friends did that do you have rcs ran with an aftermarket h/u or a stock h/u with a high low adapter?

Its never done that before! i always played it at 35 and it always sounded good. the gain is set at less than 1/4 on the t10001. but why would it make my door speakers make a tudding noise and it cut the music out if they have a seperate amp?

might be a ground issue....

my headunit use to cut out at high volumes....turns out that the ground in the headunit was very very loose
