Boon Posted September 15, 2009 Report Share Posted September 15, 2009 We had this EXACT problem with a car... turned out the box was squashing the power cable where it was split with a crimped joiner, just a pin sized bit of metal sticking through was blowing 100A fuses and melting the fuse holder like that.
