dirtboi22 Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 ok, so my previous box held two 15's and it was just one big chamber with a slot port. but im building a bigger box now a was interested if two seperate chambers would be any louder than one big one. idk if this will affect any way but im using 4 pvc pipes as ports.
raytard Posted September 12, 2009 Report Posted September 12, 2009 usually 2 separate chambers theoretically helps with control/box rise/reinforcement, and it gives you the ability to play the good woofer if you blow one up its usually a good idea if for nothing else than that baffle between the 2 chambers reinforces EVERYTHING Build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...hl=avalon+build monster/rockford/kicker/stinger cables, pioneer source, jbl highs/amps, kinetik/shuriken batts, iraggi alt, dei security, dc subs(atleast for now) Team DC
