dmz2711 Posted April 17, 2007 Report Share Posted April 17, 2007 i've had a question about these types of claimshell enclosures for a while now.... couldn't the port of this type of enclosure be considered an external port? I know you can figure it as an internal as well, but here is a quick pic i drew up on paint to explain my point... wouldn't the red dotted line be the begining of the port, and the green dotted line be the end??? also, wouldn't an external port be easier to calculate considering you don't have to account for port displacement?
