BulletInjection
I designed this box for my friend who just bought a p3 to replace his blown JL from 2001 lol. I thought the design was good but of course wanted to see what you guys think. I had to try and keep it fairly small(even though it is going in a tahoe) because he carries around golf clubs and all that. BulletInjection
Here is another edit to that design, I think this one is a little better of a design, has some more air space, and is tuned a little bit higher which I think is an ok design for SQ because it will allow him to pick up those lows but still be able to get some mid range out of it My build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...8920&st=100 http://www.youtube.com/Bulletinjection

HaMSaMMiCH
P3 needs WAY more air. Rockford recommends 1.75 net cu ft, and it looks like you are under 1.25. The box I built for my one P3 is 2.25 cu ft after all displacement tuned to 37hz and it gets LOW and LOUD. next to a prefab box with P2s I can't remember Exact dimensions off the top of my head as it has been a year sense I built it, but I remember the port was 12.25x3.5x~36 I also have a box that is EXACT Rockford spec for P2/P3 12" each chamber is 14x12x25 port is 12.25x1x10 1.79 net cu ft. Dimensions robbed straight from the manual.... Total size of that box is 14x12x50 CAUTION! HaMSaMMiCH
Straight from the manual, box is only 12" deep so it won't take up too much room in the back of ya boy's HOE CAUTION! HaMSaMMiCH
FACEPALM, 12" or 10" sense i went on a posting/pic spree without asking??? regardless that chart has all the P3's on it with the recommended box sizes and dimensions. If you want more port area you can always adjust the width or depth of the box to accommodate and maintain the 1.79 NET CAUTION!
