Boon Posted September 17, 2009 Report Share Posted September 17, 2009 It blows the fuse because of the current surge when you try to charge the cap. You need a bulb in series so you can slowly charge it Then you pull the bulb out and connect it and you're good. Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
