claor Posted December 13, 2009 Author Report Share Posted December 13, 2009 Ok, slow progress, Installed my Alpine CDA 9886, looks great, lots of nice feature, i love it Also, its rated at 18WRMS x 4 which is alot more then alot of other iv used. After Lots of testing iv decided that the CDT tweets sound best right next to the midwoofer,(As reccomended). The CDT's sound great off just the 18WRMS, easily the best sounding sets of speaker iv ever heard off headunit power, cant wait to give them some proper juice Started re-doing my doors, Still only two a side, im to lazy to do four, i may just throw two 8's under the seats for some extra midbass Tweeter ring Midwoofer ring Sink ring Finished products This time round, im not making pods that sit on he trim, im making the enclosure part of the door. tiny bit of sanding for rounder edges and in place Stretching the material over pissed me off so much!!!! The staple gun was to weak to go through some parts of the plastic, so i had 100's of staples hanging out everywhere, ripping material... argh!!! Dont worry about the crease on the one on the right, they were taken care of.
