The A Team Posted June 18, 2009 Report Share Posted June 18, 2009 I would love to hear some of these sub's. Im shortly going for 2 x lvl 3 12". Currently running a hcca at 1.2k and it certainly hits LOW, but my concern is the dc's wont be able to hit the lows like the hcca does? Anyone been from a hcca - dc lvl 3s? I have a customer who went from a Orion H2 15 with a pair of Orion 1200Ds each at 1ohm to a pair of Lv3 12s. His SPL went up about 2 dB and he said it was a huge improvement in sound quality. I have a pair of lv3 12s in my truck and they are very nice subs. As i have said int his tread already probably the best all round sub DC makes.
