ebay most likely? I know i seen oe on there a couple weeks ago. As for an iPod hook up you could hook straight up to the AUX output on the back of the unit. Pluging it up this way will let you only have iPod controls when its unpluged. meaning to change the song you unplug the ipod etc... also the names ect wont show up on the head unit. But for a nicer/cleaner install to where you can control the iPod through the headunit and have the names show up and everything.... I went with an "Eclipse iPC-106 iPod Interface Adapter" plugs into the back of the unit where the Sirius sat radio plugs in.

Edit: Found a face plate on ebay.. not sure if this will work because its an older model.... BUT I think it should because the differences are in the guts. Older models didn't have sirius radio plug in the back plus they where only 5volt units. Where as the 8445 and 8455 where both 8volts. Either way Its the same exact face plate tho.

Also I have 2003 S12L7's sitting in a shed in a box. There in good shape but need a recone. Spiders are torn... one is major the other is small.
