Hey dude the only thing you can really do at this point to get louder is either chop the dumbs off at the flomaster as wide of an opening as possible this will give you a decent amount of sound. the 44 series is a no go its quiter than just a 40 series. and if thats not enough there is always going with one chamber flowmasters now they get loud.

my exhausts are both single chamber, but i think the pipes extend about 3 feet from each muff. Do you really think it will make that much diif. to cut the pipes shorter to make the turndowns closer to the muffs?

if you want louder switch to 30 series or do turndowns before the axle with your current setup.....
