Hey everyone I am new and looking to upgrade my stock system. I have a 2001 ford ranger and looking at getting the Pioneer FH-P800BT deck and also looking at some Memphis speakers. I was hoping you guys could let me know if Memphis would be a good brand and I have an authorized dealer near by. Im looking at spending around 120 a pair and I have to replace two sets. So any help would be much appreciated and if you think another brand will be better let me know.

So would adding a 4 ch amp cost a whole lot more?

Well it depends, they range from $80-$400+ depending on how much power you want them to put out and the quality and brand of the amp. Once you have your speakers picked out then you can start to narrow down your amp selections based on how much power your speakers need. You will also need to buy an amplifier wiring kit, knukonceptz.com has good ones. Good luck
