CaptainzPlanetz Posted October 6, 2009 Report Share Posted October 6, 2009 BandPass has the potential to be louder than ported, but the thing about bandpass is they are a lil harder to design, as they tend to be very picky. So a custom built ported box would probably sound better and louder than a prefab bandpass. And about the box, I would just use .75(3/4)in. Something around 4 to 5 cubes tuned at around 33hz would sound awesome.
