Are your mirrors mounted on the door?

If so, have you checked behind the door panel? On my car when you take the door panel off you can see three nuts holding the mirror on the door.

Too many projects, too little time...

Yes they are.

But no I haven't, I hadn't even thought about that. I'll do that tomorrow when I have some light.

Thanks.

Did ya get a chance to take a look?

I got to try, I couldn't get the door panel off though, it was really stuck on and I didn't have much time cuz of class so I had to stop.

But I pretty much took the whole mirror apart from the outside and it didn't budge.

For the door panel

And the mirror

These tend to be vague so LMK if you need help after these.

I didn't even know AutoZone had a section like that.

But i just registered and read through it and it was pretty helpful.

I think my door pannel was "stuck" because I was dumb and left the screw in the armrest on. lol. I fail.

But thanks for those links, and I'm gonna try to do it again.

My Grand Prix has the same damn one. I always forget about it. Broke a panel because of it, thought everything was off but I was wrong. Lucky for me it was a car at Pick n Pull lol =P

Damn, that must have sucked, but good thing it wasn't your car.

And we'll just see how it goes for me tomorrow, hopefully I don't break anything.

So, I tried again today and I got stuck again.

I can't take that damn cover off on the right side to get to the screw under it (like on the left) and that's the only thing I need to take off so the door panel could finally come off.

Any help?

Oh and I didn't take the one on the left side off, it was broken off when I bought the car.
