loudeclipse
They are awesome subs. I have two of them in my eclipse right now in a box thats way too small for them and they pound hard. Yes they are expensive and Im sure there are good subs for cheaper, but people look at these subs more than once when i open my trunk. They each get about 1100 watts. Macfadyen732
my next question is can they handle 1500rms daily. because i will be getting 2 of the T1500.1s they can play the 1000rms but if they can handle the 1500 ill do that with the dual 2ohm. if not ill buy the dual 4 but i would like to be able to run 1500 a peace. loudeclipse
This thread should help. I started when i was building a box for these. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...showtopic=41334 Basically the general consensus is yes they could probably handle it as long as it is extremely clean unclipped power. Macfadyen732
Thanks for the information. you got any vids with them running off 1100. if it sounds good there i wont see much of a difference in 100 watts. korey_hofer
they sound good but not loud you could try and find some of the older fosgate powers or a trf those get decently loud Quote previously known as wenn_du_weinst aka fucking internet coward supreme. loudeclipse
In the right setup they could be loud. I have them in a small box and at the time one amp for the both of them and i hit a 139.4. Now i have two amps for them and i am building a new box that is bigger and tuned differently. They do sound good too.
