Well by no means am i a guru. I would say though you need to at least give some rough dimensions of your trunk or space. It doesnt matter what someone could come up with for you if it wouldn't even fit in your vehicle. Also what vehicle it is, maybe what music you listen to. Are you going for SPL or SQ? Just a few thoughts for you.

I believe they used to make head units. I don't know if they were any good or where you could find them, but im sure if you looked around you might be able to find one.

In the right setup they could be loud. I have them in a small box and at the time one amp for the both of them and i hit a 139.4. Now i have two amps for them and i am building a new box that is bigger and tuned differently. They do sound good too.

yea i guess i could. lol. I just think it sounds dumb without the mids and highs so i didnt want to.

I dont have a video right now. Currently my system is down cause my 4 channel crapped out on me. When it gets back from being repaired i will post a video for you.

This thread should help. I started when i was building a box for these. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...showtopic=41334 Basically the general consensus is yes they could probably handle it as long as it is extremely clean unclipped power.

They are awesome subs. I have two of them in my eclipse right now in a box thats way too small for them and they pound hard. Yes they are expensive and Im sure there are good subs for cheaper, but people look at these subs more than once when i open my trunk. They each get about 1100 watts.
