Meaning your allowed to drink beer,vodka etc while you are driving a car but if they pull your over and you blow over the limit then your in trouble lol. I just thought It was intresting. I don't think thats right man, he might have just misheard it. You can drink and RIDE, meaning the passengers can still drink but not driver, but drinking while driving is def. still illegal.
