Guest 02cougarc2
Hey guys. Doin my first build on a 2002 Mercury Cougar C2. Just installed a Pioneer Premier DEH-P580MP Headunit(50x4 peak.) I had my mind set on some pioneer champion series 1000watt peak 350rms 10's but most people on here said they werent good. Im currently a junior in high school and im on a strict budget. I dont want to spend more than 150 on the subs. Ive pulled some ads from craigslist. Any good ones?....I know its alot and believe me, your time is greatly appriciated. Im also open to suggestions and will need advice on amps once a decision is reached on subs. Thanks again -02CougarC2 LINKS http://houston.craigslist.org/ele/1413042768.html http://houston.craigslist.org/ele/1411747996.html http://houston.craigslist.org/ele/1405936457.html http://houston.craigslist.org/ele/1402938157.html http://houston.craigslist.org/ele/1400703132.html http://houston.craigslist.org/pts/1399059085.html http://houston.craigslist.org/ele/1390366661.html http://houston.craigslist.org/ele/1378034419.html http://houston.craigslist.org/ele/1412227343.html http://houston.craigslist.org/ele/1406613796.html http://www.hifisoundconnection.com/Shop/Co...sid/0/SFV/30046 http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_12276_...1+12-+Subs.html http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_12216_...or+TNP212D.html
Chrisn077
You dont want to buy them with a prefab box i would just buy the subs and build your own box so you can tune it to how you want and get the most out of the sub Edited October 10, 2009 by Chrisn077 Quote 18" DC Level
basshead4life
a buddy of mine got that mtx package deal and it pounded pretty decently but it was just subs and amp he built his own box Edited October 10, 2009 by basshead4life Quote Team S.M.D. Maritime Car Audio- (2) 18" SSA ZCON D1 - American Bass 500.1 - 60 ft of 3/0 -480 Ah of battery - (2) stock alternators (70 +90) - Kenwood Excelon x-794, 4v preouts car audio is just a LOT more complicated than "this amp does this power" or "this sub will be this loud". its like 2 + 2 = banana.
