My friend purchased it a year ago, and only had it hooked up for a couple of days Very nice pick up and I'm sure that you'll be very happy with the setup. I really wouldn't suggest having any sort of long runs with the 4ga even temporarily. If you desperately have to hook it up then do so at a higher ohm load(instead of 1ohm, just run it at 4ohm until u get the 1/0ga wire). Ill just wait till i get 1/0 to listen to it.
