tdc3187 Posted November 5, 2009 Report Posted November 5, 2009 I am going to put in a carputer hopefully within the next six months and I am trying to get some ideas on paper. So far I have a xenarc 7" touchscreen, probably a hp slimline maybe hidden in the trunk or under the seat, rockford amps for mids/highs and sub, a 3sixty.2, and dc-dc power supply. I know that the audio coming out of the computer is pre-amp and the volume can be controlled with the computer, but would it make sense to add a equalizer or bass knob for actual volume control. I really don't want to add a deck, and want to add minimal different controls. Viper 5902, big 3, 1/0 Rockford wiring, 2 xs d3100, mechman 300a, pioneer avic-z1, 2 dc 12xls, Rockford t2500.1bdcp, Rockford t1000.4ad, Rockford t2 6.5 comps, damplifier Build log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/102584-carbon-fusion/
Boon Posted November 5, 2009 Report Posted November 5, 2009 Use the 360.2's volume control. It's perfectly good. 10.x volts fo' life!
