u likely will need some extra support for the outer port wall... this is why i have a dowel rod in the port

u could add another piece of mdf to make it 1.5" thick if u have another 3/4" extra width

dont be afraid to add more dowels... they are cheap and take up very little space

screw the dowel rods together if u can/cover in resin

Well, got alot done today

Since i had to make the box level, i decided to use a old box that i had under my seat for 2 10's. Cut it out where the new box would fit.. i still got a seat back for someone also

I got a little hairtrick today and some crazy flex. But my amp and my sub get really hot, so i got to figure out the problem..

measure ur voltage drop with a dmm

wire it to 2ohms instead until u get ur electrical working

did u charge that bat before u installed it?

what headunit do u have

GL to your the vc issue and your build lookin bad ass,like the idea to hold the box even.
