wilesH3 Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 I will be powering 2 DC lvl5d2 12s. Rite now I have 2 Sundown 3000Ds. I was thinking of selling them and going with one amp. What would be the pros and cons. of this. Just thinking of more ease with one than two.

wilesH3 Posted November 7, 2009 Author Report Posted November 7, 2009 I dont have an issue of tuning the 2 amps. I love the 3000s but putting them in diff. vehicles and having to fig. a rack to hold them both. I guess its just lazyness talking. lol

Maybe make like a double decker rack with some MDF and dowels? one on a lower shelf, give it an inch of space above then put the other above it? I mean it wouldnt look the best but it would be semi quick and easy I think Too many projects, too little time...
wilesH3 Posted November 7, 2009 Author Report Posted November 7, 2009 My new vehicle is a hummer H3. After I get the box in there I have hardly any space. My batts will be behind the box. The amps are to long to fit across the back. So I thought about floating them but I dont have time to weld up a rack for that. So I dont know. I think im just getting impatient watchiiing everyone doing there builds, and ready to start on mine lol
