Audio-Concepts
Figured I let everyone know what equipment was used for the install Pioneer CD/MP3 Kinetic KHC1800 200 Amp alternator (local shop built it) Complete Stinger 4/0 3 Farad Cap (customer decision) JL audio 5 1/4" components in the kicks Infinity 6 1/2" components in the doors JL Audio 12W7 sub in sealed box JL Audio e1800 mono amplifier JL Audio e4300 4ch amplifier The stereo wasn't extremely loud but it was very crisp and clean in an SQ standpoint. Don't get me wrong though, still pushed a boat load of air for a sealed box Pioneer AVH480 Zapco ST5XII amplifier Stevens Audio 6.5" components (passive) Onyx Subwoofer Sky High OFC wiring
smullen
Don't get me wrong though, still pushed a boat load of air for a sealed box Nice work... I dig a nice sealed enclosure sometimes... So much easier to design and deal with as I'm the worlds worst box builder... I had 3 12" JL 12W6s, that I think were a tad underpowered and in a sealed enclosure that was just a tad too small, but it sounded really nice even at like 98% volume... Click Pic for larger shot. I actually miss it and wish I would not have sold it off in such haste... Sounded Great, just was not loud enough... Audio-Concepts
yeah the customer wanted a crisp enclosure, so I went with sealed even though I would have rather built a ported. Your box in your truck was really clean and tasteful I liked that!!!! silversound
looks nice, install is very clean. I used to have 3-JLW6 12's on a Linear Power 5002 in the early nineties and they worked very well.
