okay guys check it out... a few weeks back i bailed @ a desert race and i dislocated my shoulder, i was all hemped up for like 2 weeks! now i ditched the brace and put off a badly needed surgery untill next winter. lol to make a long story short... now my workout cycle is all F@cked up! i used to do arms, chest, shoulders,back, and abs on mondays, tuesdays, thursdays, and fridays with legs and cardio in between... now with my shoulder injury im lucky if i can lift every other day! FTL what my question is, do i need to maintane my high protein diet on non workout days also? i try and stay around 180+ g's a day, can i cut back to like 100 g's on non workout days?
