Um Im not sure, It may, but if I remove it I will touch the rest of the alt with the power cable,.. Ok, just take off or cut the proper amount of the plastic off, and then leave that 1st nut on the stud, add a washer, then install the 1/0 terminal, and use another washer and nut.
