Remove or cut the plastic off and run the 1/0 to it.

exactly!

does the plastic piece come off when you remove that nut on the +charging output?

Um Im not sure, It may, but if I remove it I will touch the rest of the alt with the power cable,..

Idk maybe I can grind the 0g's ring down enough to fit inside better..

Ok, just take off or cut the proper amount of the plastic off, and then leave that 1st nut on the stud, add a washer, then install the 1/0 terminal, and use another washer and nut. The 1st nut will act as a spacer to allow plenty of clearance for the wire and terminal.
