need some tweeter help

i got 8 tweeters in the mail right now, i was told i need a bipolar capicitor to control what frequencies the tweeters play, with that being said, what bipolar capcitor should i get? (what frequency?)

thanks for the help and these will be run along with coaxial speakers off a small amp eventually
