If its stuck on there good, just go over it or if its already sufficient just leave it the way it is. If you pull on it and it comes off very easily, then i would take off anything that didnt adhere properly and redo it. Im not gonna lie, my entire truck is not Second Skin. A good portion is Damplifier Pro, but in areas where i had "other brands" already in place, i didnt really add much more. I have at least 4 brands in my ride from over the years I will say this, the second skin stuck VERY well with almost no prep, and overall it was one of the best products i have used so far. Megalomaniac
Yes, in my world, you are a noob. I am 20 yrs older then you. To your buddies, you probably are not. I was using sound deading in my ride when you were in diapers. To you that means nothing but to me it says a lot. Age means absolutely nothing man. You are living in the past, you grew up using asphalt based CLD, that needed to be used full coverage(when I mean full coverage I mean per panel). The new butyl based CLD mat work much better with less coverage compared to the old asphalt based products. This in turn saves the consumer money, saves time, and saves waste, which is what everyone wants, including you(I hope)! Rather, they are a constraint layer viscoelastic damper that converts the vibrational energy in to low level heat. This conversion of energy makes it 300% more efficient than traditional mass loading tar boards and asphalt mats while weighing half as much! This is why Second Skin started producing SPL Tiles because the consumer has been well informed now, aside from the SDS politics. meade916
I dont just have you in AGE, i have you in EXPERIENCE. I have 20yrs more then you in both cases - NOOB. i still say to anyone - use as much of it as you can afford. If you cant afford that much of it, be more strategic about where you place it... JUST LIKE ANY dampening product. so now the new shit takes less to get the job done....GOOD, i still will use as much as possible and make it that much better. meade916
after hearing what i just heard.....i think you are putting that shit in a needle and "main-lining" it. All i gotta say is go for it, carry out your "threat" it means nothing - it actually made me laugh my ass off. Would you like me to send you the box and the label? also, how good is a threat if no one pays attention to it? LMAO!!!!!
