Do i need a kit or can i just buy these bulbs?

Might as well take that $11.99 and thro it in the trash! All bulbs that say that are B.S, you need a HID kit to get HID light lol just my .02

like i said before u want reliable warrantied hids hit up bigg boy on the forum $100 any kit you want and he has sold over 150 kits so you have nothing to lose i love mine and im sure thehoe92 too is happy with his

edit: if it dont come with a ballast imo its not going to be any better then your stocks maybe just more blue
