94-95 Cv Joints And Timing Belt Might Need Replacing Soon?

hi there, im looking at buying a 90 civic hatch but the engine was replaced 2 years ago with a 94 or 95 civic hatch engine so i wondering if the cv joints and or the timing belt might go soon? She might have gotten them replaced but im not sure yet.

How many miles are on both the new engine and the car?

Usually the timing belt goes about every 50k to100k, pending on how the motor was driven. As far as the CV's go. Yeah they are sealed up, but if the car has sat for a period of time, usually the rubber boots around them can get weather worn and mess them up.

Timing Belt replacement on a d16z6, should be the same for just about all D series engines.Not much difference..

Plethora of information about Honda's I am..Now if car audio was simple as turnin wrenches!!..I have millions of questions about car audio..How does this work, what do I need, why this way...I feel like a 3 yr old...Ha Ha..
