My motivation is wanting to look good in the summer and because i am probally going to Cancun with my friends and i want to look good for that. I took a before picture and at the beginning of the summer i am going to take a after picture. I will post them up at the end of the summer. Im having ACL surgery in a week so i did not get a gym membership yet but i plan to get one in about a month. How many other people on here work out and what's your motivation Quote Once or twice I have missed having a back seat / rear hatch, but all in all people love to see a walled vehcile. rizzy71 Posted December 14, 2009 Report Share Posted December 14, 2009 (edited) Lift hard then run alot of sprints after (in that order). One of the quickest ways to burn off fat and get into shape. Atleast that works pretty well for me. Edit: My motivation is to keep up with my girl who plays basketball and soccer all year long lol. Jog threw the woods, carry logs/stumps a mile or two, crunches, push-ups, etc. My motivation is, well...I don't wanna get huge and lazy haha.
