6 lvl 3 15s in 4th order
Namosh replied to 02gmc92dcaudio's topic in DC Sound Lab - Big Bass on ANOTHER LEVEL!
When I built a 4th order for my XL 15's I only did 1.5 cubes sealed side per sub. That seemed to work out well. -

I misread the OP. I thought it was purchased to replace a Yellowtop in the summer and not installed until now and it is not taking a charge. I got it now. -

I've got a D3100 that has been sitting in the garage all year. When I put the charger on automatic it only takes a few seconds to kick off and say it's fully charged. Should I just let it set on a trickle charge for a while anyway just to be safe? -

I would. Five months isn't that long at all. -
What ever happened to the flat cones? I remember them being experimented with a few years back but never heard what happened with that.

Yeah, that high tech suspension and supercar handling doesn't mean much when the tires aren't on the ground!

I'd build a replica of the Jeepers Creepers truck. I originally thought about a big system in the back but I think I'd rather keep it simple and just drive around killing and eating teenagers. -
Now you sound like Obama. Us commonfolk are just to damn stupid to understand how this stuff works. ....and LOL @ Maine and Nevada! Too* Just saying Now you sound insecure. It has absolutely nothing to do with commonfolk, I myself didn't even get more than a year of college before dropping out. But lets look at this logically and without any hint of condescending tone whatsoever. The GOP nomination is based off of the amount of delegates. The real numbers are not all known, established, or even published, but I can assure you Ron Paul is doing VERY well. After the local and state conventions are done, they will go to the national convention and cast the vote thats already been decided. So please, tell me once again how ron paul is incapable of winning? Because besides taking gingrich's tactic and using dickfu and claiming me speaking down to you, you have not given a logical reason why you believe so. And if you truly understood how the process works, you would see why that notion is a complete and utter fallacy. No. I'm bored with this irrelevant topic. Carry on, spellchecker.

Remember Ross Perot? He had much more support than Ron Paul does and all he managed to do was hand the election to Bill Clinton. Repubs will vote for Romney, dems will vote Obama. The independents will determine the next POTUS between those two. There simply aren't enough available votes for Ron Paul to win. And I'm going to go out on a limb and say that a large percentage of Paul's apparent supporters are people who think he is going to legalize weed. And you KNOW they aren't going to vote anyway!

Whether silicone is bad for the sub or not doesn't really matter. It is not nearly as strong as glue and if you make your cuts straight there is no need for the bead of silicone people like to slap on around all the seams. Just use glue and leave the silicone on the shelf. And as far as using dowels goes, if you make all your cuts accurate and use glue and clamps there isn't even a need for the dowels.

You have to use a hosting site like photobucket, then get the img code and post it here.

They are both from Omaha. I imagine they are friends and one is trying to sell it for the other. I know this setup was at the show here in St. Joe Friday. I didn't hear that he blew it, though. -
I had two 15's in a tline blowthrough. It moved a ton of air and sounded pretty good.
