PUNKYOU007 Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 sorry i lost track of this thread. actuall the sub was in my old setup in a sealed box for just under a year and the day after i put them into a ported box i was gonna give a little demo to some coworkers and as soon as the bass droped so did the magnet on my woofer. i heard a big thud and actually felt the truck move a little. i was parked on an angle so the truck was leaning to the drivers side. the magnet dropped off and slid to the drivers side (thats what moved the truck). If you look at the magnets you can see what appears to be rust. i contacted my builder and he replaced both for free but i would love to get that on fixed.
