'None' is the simple answer. They build them how they think they should be, why would they then mod them?

Also depends what kind of mods you're talking about...

The more complicated answer is some rare ones... my Stetsom 10kd's are factory modded I believe.

What do you want to achieve by getting an amp modded though? 99% of the time all you get is the removal of protection (either specific elements of it or all of it) so that you can run the amp at below rated impedance or above rated voltage...
