I thought i was going to wait for the 4" tubes to come in but got anxious and made the 12" tubes fit lol.

the 4" ones come in tomorrow, i might do something else with em lol.

You guys should look into it!!

Go to ebay and type "Cold Cathode Kit"

then get whatever color you want, and the size you want (12" or 4") they come in dual packs.

to be honest, i was never a fan of lights. It gets way too distracting whenever working at the computer for a long period of time. But for what it is it does look cool.

well its just for show offs, but the cool thing is, it has a nice switch so i can turn it off. I have them off most of the time. only use it at night or something.. i like it, looks sweet, i kinda agree with you tho, is distracting, thats why i mostly have it off. just like showing it off and saying i've done it cuz MOST people have NOT done it to the G5's its mostly a windows based PC, usually never a Mac.. lol.

so its pretty cool! =D

Updated pictures coming soon of some new 4" Cold Cathod neon tubes that I installed. Much better than the 12" tubes i think!! =D

looks better actually. I like how the tubes are bit more stealth and u dont see some light saber inside like before
