Read the manual/specification of your batteries, most do NOT like charging at 15v! newls1 Posted January 4, 2010 Author Report Posted January 4, 2010 im at work so I just had time to finally disconnect my MLA, removed both mla pigtails from the alts, and just plugged in my factory alt pigtail to the 1 alt closest to the throttle body, and voltage came down a whole 1.2/3 volts. im now a little better @ 14.7/8v....... The MLA is still powered, as I dont have the tools here to remove the power/ground wires for it, but since it is not connected to any of my alts, should make a bit of difference. I mean come on... seriously.... Just because it gets a little cold outside and your voltage goes up a few tenths and you start having problems dont you think thats a little much......
