Its freezing trust me on that and normally when you say "I've seen worse its not too bad" it means you think its bad lol... Also it's a $300 subwoofer YES I'm worried :-p I don't want to blow it in 2 weeks and not be covered lol.

youll be covered only if its a manufacturers defect, not if you blow it by clipping it or overpowering it.

Yeah, I know all to well lol thats why I'm not going to clip my subwoofer anymore that way if it DOES break it's not my fault :-p if this coil isnt burned as you all say and its fine 1ohm on the DMM than ill just turn my amp down a little to make sure 28.28v here I come :-p

Actually scatch that im just going to install my old 15" comps until my new amp/wiring arrives to play it safe... I have a bad feeling about running this subwoofer on my current setup.

how about this, sand off your ground and see if it makes a change. it takes 10 minuts and its free

What do you mean wasting time on things I don't need to do? I'm putting my kickers back in until I get my new amp... 400RMS isn't enough for this subwoofer anyways, I'm fine waiting until the end of the month to make sure my amplifier / wiring and subwoofer are all new and setup right. What's wrong with that? By the way I already sanded my ground down, it made NO difference...
