Nirvalica
Thread count? Are we talking about bed sheets now? Anyways, what does "thread count" have to do with anything when it comes to wire? Why are more strands better? Anyways, what does "thread count" have to do with anything when it comes to wire? Why are more strands better? i ask for a comparison... they are both advertised as 4ga. tell me... which one is better? i say more the strands the better... another thing is composition.... example.. "aluminum, copper coated strands" vs "90% copper" jus like every consumer... you want to get the most out of ur money... if you want other comparisons... someone posted up some alrdy... http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...hl=comparison+0 Quote My first truck... I ded hear one guy argue more strands are better because electricity travels on the outside edge of wire before but i think he was wrong lol. its all about surface area, thats all. do you guys understand how electricity flows or what..? jeeze kids, c'mon! the current will flow more easily with more area for the current to travel on. ever wondered why two runs of 1/0 is better than 1 run, or why an over sized 1/0 is better than a knockoff 1/0?
