Percy Posted January 15, 2010 Report Posted January 15, 2010 i have an 02 trailblazer(no bose, no onstar) and i needed to buy a metra gmrc-01 integration adapter to keep my door chimes and various other things. 1st. there is a red ignition switch comin from the wire harness AND there is one coming from the deck, does this mean i can jus hook those together instead of splicing it into a power source? 2nd. there is a pink wire coming out of the deck.. in the manual it says its for the parking brake switch.. is this so i cant watch videos while driving?? cuz i took this wire out when i removed the deck from my old car(professionally installed) and there was this switch with a ground and a red wire coming from it any ideas?? trying to get this put in tonight so please help
