so the shop i work at is a directed dealer, and the rep paid us a visit tonight and was talking about how he really wanted us to carry the orion stuff... i know that the stuff is good equipment, but what im asking is are there any guys that work at shops that sell the xtr and hcca lines, and how well they sell??? before we get too far, our woofer demographic is mostly 16-25 male, looking for CHEAP.... and the occaisonal 30+ male that wants something to fill in the empty sound hes missing from just his door speakers.... we have trouble selling boston acoustics, but not sound storm.... so how does the higher end orion sell to idiots who "have a cousin/homeboy with 3 15inch w7s" ???

The HCC will not sell only if you get a buyer that know what they can do or if the had one in the past. We cary Orion at the shop in Santa ana, Cali and im sorry to say it but the best seller is Pt. They are very cheap in prices and actualy sound ok for there bigger mono block amp's. yes they are a great starter amp for those who want to get a system for 350. The xtr orion 500 is a great small amp, but onces more the customer dont realy spend that much these day. Best of luck. The bottom line is turn around, instal, instal. That's where you make your money. Having 3 amp's that cost 500 each that sit there for 4 months will not make you any money. What is there buy in 1,500???????
