4 Fi BL's or 2 Fi BTL's???

I have an 01 s10 Ext. Cab....I currently have 4 RF T1 12's hooked up to an RF t20001 amp. I did a 143 on the TL all sealed up mic on the dash. I want to start changing my system up for this year and wanting to go bigger and get a higher score. What I am wondering is which set up will get me a higher score. 4 fi bl 12's or 2 btl's??? Of course the space is a major factor and little of that I have, but I don't mind having a wall. Only problem would be trying to figure out where to put a RF 40001bd amp. I just want something that will shut some locals down at my hometown that have been talking trash about my tunes and truck after I beat them on the term lab. haha....I will be buying this stuff pretty soon, so let me know and thanks in advance!

also if u make the box not all the way high then u could put the amps on top of the box

and if u make it ported tune it to 35 hertz for the best results

I would do the same, but crap daym it...I was suppose to mention 18's for the btl's haha....now which would be louder??? I have a 250A mechman alt under the hood and wanting to upgrade from my yellow top to some kinetiks or something similiar (need to look into more). My rebate check for being a first time home buyer should be in the mail in a week (yess!!) and looking for opinions from guys that have more experience. thanks!

2 18's > 4 12's. ~50sqin more cone area.

the 2 18's need a little bigger of a box, about 10cuft for the 18's vs 6cuft for the 12's using the minimum space requirements

go with the 2 18's, build the box ontop of the hump on the floor, and then with the extra space under the box, put the amp there, take one of your fold out seats (or both if you dont have 3rd door) and put batteries in there (did that with mine) and then wall it with the 2 18's. and if you are handy, i forget where i saw it, but a guy with a s10 and wall, had his port up high with plexi glass at the back of the box so he could still use his rear view mirror and see through the box (through the port, then through the plexi) i thought it was a very good idea, or just wall it and use your side mirrors?
