Chrisn077
My amp keeps cutting in and out when i turn it up. When its barely on it doesnt do this but its not hitting at all. And fuses blow if i turn it up and let it cut in and out too long. Ive been looking around for similar problems and it seems like its a voltage problem. I have the Big 3, 0 gauge, but no battery in back, I was told I wouldnt need one with only 1500 rms. Im running 2 12" alpine type r on a AP300.0 (bridged to 1500 at 1 ohm) 18" DC Level

Guest
i wouldnt use a smaller fuse than recommended for that amp. that is 99% of the reason why your fuses keep blowing and the amp keeps cutting in and out. but for your grounds, is all of the paint on the metal that the lug is bolted down to cleaned off? meaning a shiny piece of metal is touching 100% of the lug.
