I don't know about elsewhere, but here.. you either have to prepay (go inside before pumping and tell them how much and what pump and pay for it, then the pump will pump that much gas) OR use a debit or credit card. I chose to go inside and prepay.. I wanted $8 of gas, I gave the cashier a 10 dollar bill, she gave me back a 5 and (3) 1's. They were busy, I didn't notice and went on to the store to get some little things. I know that I only had a 20 dollar bill and the 10 in my pocket before I got gas, but at the store I had $28. I went back to the gas station and explained to the cashier what had happened, she either didn't believe me/didn't understand what I was talking about/ or didn't care.. she wouldn't take $6.. Cuz what company wants a cashier who cant count and won't understand what you are trying to tell them! Everyone cares about money so if she doesnt want to listen tell her manager and giver them the money. lol ppl like that make me so mad cuz they just wont listen!
