  1. My opinion..Get a different car. Or don't mess around with HIDs unless you are willing to do a retrofit. The "projectors" that have been linked, especially the first one.. are COMPLETE shit. You will not be happy if you buy one of them. The first one, I had that for my cherokee. I have vids (and maybe pics) that I will upload to show you now that I got my internet back. give me a day or two.. Also, if you're going to buy the first one don't buy from that website, you can get the projectors for like $30 and then hids for like $40 if you just want low beam.
  2. IMHO these really look like dslr quality pictures... a lot better than I've ever seen from a phone, and especially a 5mp camera. The visors would look better if you didn't just put them on the front windows lol (.. what happened?) and led tails would look better but those look better than stock.
  3. Whattttt it takes fairly good pictures. Especially for only being 5mp, I think you're bullshitting me.
  4. Ask parents for help ? Don't go to such an expensive school in the first place?
  5. Get the Subaru.. Whatever you get, please don't get the ricer muffler 80 found this while looking for zenclosure boxes on youtube:
  6. How about get it fixed so you can use it and quit being on of those assholes who don't use it? I really hate it whenever people don't use them, the "switch" is RIGHT THERE by your hand, it's not like you have to try to reach to the other side of the car to turn it on or anything..
  7. oops double post.. the first time after I hit "post" it just sat there for like 5 minutes so I figured it didn't post. My bad.
  8. If I had a dslr, then yes, I would.. if i were at a rock concert (very unlikely)
  9. Super is your friend It's quite nice.. although I've only ever used for video before.
  10. Yes, cnet.com Lots and lots of research first I wouldn't suggest buying a point and shoot, but for your price range that's what you have to get.
  11. youtube.com/saabkyle04 He has a bunch of "tours" of vehicles, I'd suggest go look around and see if you see anything that you'd like .. then try to find it irl for the price and go look at it in person and see if you like it
  12. http://www.carsforagrand.com/ Buy it, make it sound like a mosquito and then paint it flat black, that's what everybody thinks is cool (sorry, but it's not..) there is a trailblazer around here that doesn't seem to have damage from what I can tell, but it's all flat black except the back bumper which is still glossy black lol. I don't know what year it is, but with the help of wikipedia I guess that 2002-2004 were fleet models so I'm guessing it's probably newer than 2004, but it could be a used fleet one, I suppose. I have a short (not so good ..) video of it that I'll probably upload in a little bit or tomorrow.
  13. I hate it whenever people do this. In the pics, it looks fine. But as you said, it's all rusted. Of course it's not like he'd show that to you in the pics.. Or whenever somebody is selling their vehicle and they go wash it then take pics while it's all wet, wtf? of course it looks better when wet..
  14. cool cool Is it that dirty already or is the back bumper all scratched?
  15. ..Or he fires you as you're basically lying to him. It seems as though you wouldn't mind being out of work, so just cash it. He'll probably never find out unless you're telling people IRL, too.
  16. From the last 2 pics.. they might be 5k (although I still think look like 6k .. but I've never seen 5k irl)
  17. I am talking about this picture At the top of the picture you can see some purple (from the lights of the roof of the gas station, I know these lights are purple so it means it's your camera. Not talking about the hids
  18. I say just buy it from your mom. You won't have payments and you'll have what sounds like a good vehicle. We have a cash for clunkers thing here, too. One dealership will give you $4500 for your vehicle, no matter what condition it's in.. but I heard from somebody that your new vehicle has to be $15,000 (before "discount") ..and another dealer giving $2000 for anything, but their vehicles were wayy overpriced before this and probably even more now ($2k probably added to everything rofl) If you can afford the payments just use your car and continue trying to sell the suburban.. try ebay? surely somebody would buy it with those miles.. Edit: Also, I don't see any G8's at that dealer.. or fusions with under 10k miles
