Weird ringing noise when i accelerate!!!

my stereo has this ringing noise when i accelerate and i think its cuz my power wire is too close to my speaker wire. anyone know what could be causing it?

i dont know how to do that. and it weird cuz it only does it if the car is on. like if i have it off and only the accessories on then it doesnt make the noise

if it doesnt do it when your car if off, then yea its prob alternator whine like mike said...
